M.A.L.E. has developed one of the most powerful and insightful tools to look at the short to medium term strategies of your competitors. I can honestly say that I have never participated in or facilitated one of these sessions where the team has not had a major "Aah hah" moment. The Black Ops War Games is a very tactical, strategic and real business tool that delivers actionable outcomes that do and will make a difference.
Preparation
This is a serious "game" and therefore requires some quality preparation (still lots of fun to be had by all on the day). M.A.L.E. will assist with the preparation and will supply templates etc to facilitate fast collection and assembly of the most relevant information. The quality of the outcomes will be directly linked to the quality of the preparation without being a ridiculous process.
Resources Required
Once the "preparation" stage is complete the only resource required is an appropriate location and people to form the relevant teams. The program works best with a cross functional collection of people. The scale of the event is flexible and we design it to match your needs and complexity of your category.
On the Day
On the day we require a great group of motivated, awake (we will supply great coffee and tea) and interested people. The Black Ops War Games is run over several sessions and the whole exercise will require the team for a day. A project owner (team leader or business head) needs to be on hand at the end of the day to ensure real action.
Outputs & Actions
The final outcomes and Aah hah moments are shared with the Project Owner (team leader / business leader) at the end of the session. The Project Owner is allowed to ask questions and is given time to prepare his response to the participants at the closure of the day. This is a pragmatic and results orientated program that delivers action.
