  • Personal Brand Matrix

    Building high performance teams takes effort and the willingness to build a trusting and safe environment. This team building exercise has been developed by M.A.L.E and helps you understand yourself better and also to really understand the individuals in your team.

  • Bench Building

    High Performance Marketing teams need to be diverse, qualified, experienced and have "bench strength" or depth. This is a program that will allow senior management to have an independent "audit" of the current Marketing function and team.
